Warranty and Return Policy
You may return your purchased part at a 20% charge within 14 days of purchase. In order to be granted a return the following guidelines must be strictly followed.
Any parts sold “as is” will not be returned, refunded or warrantied for any reason. All tires, wheels, or rims are sold “as is”. All parts you pick or remove are sold “as is”.
Incorrect parts selected by MG Auto for your vehicle can be returned at no charge. 20 percent will be charged if you provided incorrect information or selected or picked yourself the wrong part.
All shipping, brokerage or labor charges are non-refundable for any reason.
Cash and check returns over $100 will be issued via check 3 days following return of part. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit card that was used for purchase.
AFTER 14 DAYS IF YOU PURCHASED A WARRANTY YOU CAN RECEIVE A REPLACMENT PART BUT MUST FOLLOW THE PROPER PROCEDURES ….
All returned parts must be complete and whole in the form they were purchased. All returned parts must have the “Gill” label. All engines and transmissions must have a heat button attached unhampered.
When purchasing any used part we do not guarantee any hoses, wiring, cables, plugs or attachments, and will not issue returns for any faulty part other than the part purchased. These items are given to you for ease of install.
Previous to completing installation of your engine or transmission you must: Replace all fluids and filters with new, replace thermostat, water, oil pump, check timing belt, ignition cables. Oil changes every 3,000.
A reputable mechanic must view any engine or transmission installation before any replacement will be considered. Please discuss with MG auto your return before removing any part.
Mike Gill Auto and Truck has the right to refuse any return or warranty for reasons not explicitly listed on this document, or change warranty details at any time.
All warranties do not include reimbursement for any labor.
All cores must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
